We're not a hotel, or a traditional bed and breakfast. We aim to give you lovely rooms, real value for money and the flexibility you need to enjoy your stay.

You have your own keys to come and go as you please daytime or nighttime. There is a Breakfast/Dining Room you can use during the day and evening so if you fancy a night in get a takeaway and a bottle of wine and relax, we have the glasses and the corkscrew.

We're just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and the theatre. And within a short drive, you can be sunning yourself on the beach, walking the coastal path, or checking out the Eden Project or Falmouth Maritime Museum.

Accommodation
All our rooms are en suite and individually styled. They have tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, television, cosy duck down duvets/pillows and soft towels. Rooms are serviced daily, or when it suits you.

Breakfast/Dining Room
For use during your stay whether it's Breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes or an orange juice and snack in the evening, just help yourself its all included in your room rate.
