Budemeadows Touring Park in Cornwall is just a mile from the extensive beaches of Widemouth Bay, renowned for surf and sand. Three miles north are the unspoilt resort towns of Bude and Stratton, with many holiday attractions including Budes swimming and leisure pool, 18 hole golf course, sailing, surfing and wind surfing. Coarse and sea fishing, and pony trekking are all within easy reach.

Budemeadows is a beautiful setting for a touring holiday situated on a sheltered and gentle lee slope. Nine acres of naturally landscaped parkland, protected and divided by mature and dense hedgerows. Oak, willow, sloe, hazel and wild honeysuckle in profusion. Magnificent surroundings of which we are truly proud. Our site is suitable for caravans, camping and motorhomes and is arranged in groups of landscaped pitches separated by hedges and fences.Budemeadows is a peaceful place to stay and enjoy, located on the Atlantic Highway (A39) which provides a link to the rest of Cornwall and the delights of North Devon. Use it as a comfortable base for relaxed exploration of the many idyllic beaches, interesting towns and villages, of North Cornwall and West Devon. Tour the history steeped King Arthur's country, and the wood cloaked coastal valleys. From historic Launceston Castle, to the shaggy ponies of invigorating Dartmoor; and picturesque Clovelly; all within easy reach of Budemeadows.On-site there are a range of games and activities available from table tennis to chess.  The indoor games room has table football and pool and a TV.  Grumpy Pete's Bar is situated near the site entrance and offers a range of beers, wines and spirits as well as freshly ground coffee and a range of teas.  The bar is WiFi enabled and there is a internet connected PC available for guests to use.

We have a small, but well stocked, shop on site, open in Mid and High season, which provides basic groceries, camping equipment, toys wine, and beer.  In the summer season hot food is available mornings and evenings, ranging from a traditional breakfast fry-up to daily specials providing an alternative to Dads burnt sausages from the barbeque.   The toilets and showers are kept clean at all times and hot water is free and plentiful. In Mid to High season our heated pool is warm and inviting, the surrounding area catches the sun all day and is equipped with sun loungers.For the odd rainy day there are also more family orientated undercover attractions, including Bude's splash swimming pool, with flume and waves, ten pin bowling and an indoor soft play area.

Touring Caravans and Tents

We are a family run and owned park guaranteeing excellent facilities and accommodation, and friendly customer service. We are a dedicated team who take great pleasure in making sure our visitors have a truly memorable holiday.

Set in forty acres of parkland overlooking miles of stunning coastline from Bude to Trevose Lighthouse, and rolling countryside inland, we are just one and three quarter miles from the main sandy surfing beaches of Bude and only a gentle stroll away from the picturesque village of Poughill, with its old post office, church and village pub.

Here at Wooda Farm you will find everything to make a perfect Cornish holiday, with many activities on offer making it ideal for the whole family. You will find plenty of colourful flowerbeds, well kept lawns and peace and quiet - time to relax, unwind and enjoy!

Take a walk down the farm lane; enjoy a variety of wild flowers in the hedgerows and take in the stunning views across the valley and beyond. Meet Candy, Chocolate and Buttons, our goats, chickens and our Jacob sheep. Stroll down the woodland walk and spot the 'little folk'!

Tractor and trailer rides are a great favourite, Mums and Dads can test their skill on the nine hole short golf course. The play area will entertain children. Find Daisy the cow, Corky the cockerel, and Trevor the tractor, an adventure playground and a spacious area for ball games. There is truly something for everyone here at Wooda Farm Park.
Our on-site shop provides a wide range of popular groceries including fresh rolls and croissants, newspapers, books, postcards and souvenirs. A good selection of caravan and camping accessories are also available. We have a variety of beers and wines and offer an icepack service too. Our converted cartlinhay, know as Linney Larder provides excellent home cooked cuisine or you can relax with a drink in the Courtyard Bar, which used to be the farm’s milking parlour. If you prefer, take-away meals can be enjoyed in your own accommodation from The Lodge. Play pool or table tennis in our TV and games room, or unwind in our orchard gardens overlooking the Bush valley.

We offer a range of activities for your enjoyment here at Wooda.

  • Woodland walks and nature trail. Look out for the pixies!
  • Short golf course. 9 hole, par 27 course set in 3 acres.
  • Tractor and trailer rides - a family favourite!
  • Games & TV room with pool & table tennis.
  • Coarse fishing - Our lakes are stocked with tench, mirror and common carp and colourful golden orf. Fishing is for residents only.
  • Clay pigeon shooting. Held weekly at the farm according to demand. Full tuition given.
  • Indoor archery Held during the summer holidays. Suitable for all ages.
  • Sports Barn offering: Indoor Badminton Courts, Outdoor all-weather Tennis Court.

Touring Caravans & Tents

The pitches at Wooda are mostly level, closely mown and very generous in size. Many have electrical hook-ups. In addition, we have individually screened pitches with drainage and electric/water hook-ups, some offering satellite TV points. They are all hardstanding and most have excellent views.

We have modern toilet and shower blocks (one heated), all with free hot water, showers and hairdryers. One toilet block offers facilities for the disabled and another has a well equipped children's bathroom and baby changing facilities. There are also private family bathrooms available for hire, a covered dishwashing area and two coin operated laundries. Close by are the Park’s payphone and post box.

We offer caravan storage throughout the year. You can leave your touring caravan in storage for a summer and/or a winter season, with the added benefit of undercover storage if required.

Summer parking makes sense. Whilst not in use your caravan is parked in the secure summer parking area available. (Note: Caravans are parked and stored at owners risk. All caravans must be insured for public liability.)
