Beach Dunes is situated on the site
of the original Beach Dunes Hotel in a position with magnificent views
across Perran Bay, the ocean and local countryside.
We have now built a large, brand new house in which we are able to
offer a maximum of six guests superior en-suite rooms and a comparable
service to that which we offered for 23 years at the hotel.
All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and have
colour television/video, and full en-suite facilities. Naturally all
rooms have full thermostatically controlled central heating.
We are a non smoking establishment and prefer more mature people who
wish to relax and we offer: Guest's
Lounge: - Large room with twin balcony patio doors. Widescreen television
with DVD player for guests use. There is also an anti-room with another
large TV for any guest who may prefer an alternative programme or
to read quietly.
